FTO leverages its patented technology on linear arrays to offer unmatched tolerances on fiber positioning and centering. Configurations include single, multiple, segmented or curved lines, and

2D arrays of either tightly packed rectangles, squares or custom spaced fibers. Hole plate arrays with arbitrary spacing, high hole aspect ratio for negligible taper, and dimensional tolerances of < 1 um can be produced from various materials. V grooves with custom spacing, depth, and materials can have dimensional tolerances of < 2 um. There is virtually no limit to number or size of fibers and the end terminations can be standard or custom. Fibers can be routed to any number of legs with mapping, randomization, or custom patterns as required.
