Multichannel Linear Arrays

In this configuration, fibers are arranged in a linear array at one end of the assembly, but routed into branches and terminated separately on the other. The number of branches can vary from two (for example one or more fibers routed to a reference channel, with the rest collecting signal) to a separate branch for every single fiber. Thanks to our patented construction and assembly technique, FTO can guarantee unmatched tolerances on fiber positioning and centering. In addition, to further improve performance, fibers on the linear array end can be stripped of their buffer.
